Know what contributes to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Additional details
Learners need to consider what contributes to an unhealthy lifestyle. Several activities and choices could be discussed with learners including solvent and alcohol abuse, smoking, excessive eating or fasting, lack of appropriate or sufficient exercise, peer group pressures, unemployment etc. Having chosen different activities or choices, learners should then outline the negative effect on their well-being. For example peer group pressure could result in criminal activity, solvent abuse, absence from work or full time education.
