Aim

The purpose of the unit is to develop students’ understanding of the importance of personal development, setting own personal development and learning targets and be able to use reflection and feedback to set and achieve personal learning goals.

Unit Learning Outcomes

Spiritual, emotional, mental, social and physical.

Benefits of personal development include:
