    The Gateway Qualifications Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice is intended for those who wish to gain an understanding of the principles and practices of internal quality assurance without any requirement to practice.

    The Gateway Qualifications Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice qualification is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre.

    Rules of Combination

    Learners must achieve two mandatory units totalling 12 credits to achieve the qualification.

    The approved age range for these qualifications is: 18+. There is no requirement for learners to have achieved prior qualifications. There are internal progression opportunities within the suite. Progression opportunities could be towards teaching, internal quality assurance and/or external quality assurance qualifications.
