Quality Assurance Annual Plan

To ensure your sampling needs are met for the year ahead, we have introduced a new Annual Plan.

This Plan helps by asking you to schedule which month(s) you expect to submit a claim, and we will combine your sampling into manageable timeframes which align with your certification expectations.

Quality Lead (Operations), Becky Slocombe, will host a webinar on 22nd October to demonstrate how to complete the Plan and answer questions.

This session is exclusively for approved Centres.
