Claiming Certificates – Tracking the Progress of Results or Certificates

How do I track the progress of the certificates?

1. Select ‘Administration’ and click ‘Administration’ from the drop-down list
2. Open ‘Results Status’ drop-down
3. Click ‘View’ to open RAC
   • In the example below the results are ‘Awaiting QA verification’ which means the External Quality Assurer (EQA) is yet to verify the results
