I have incorrectly registered my learners, how do I transfer them to the correct level/qualification?
If a complete cohort of learners have been registered onto the wrong course, a request to remove the incorrect cohort must be submitted. In order to re-register the learners you will need to log back in to the Online Registrations System and register the learners onto the correct course. Transfers will not be made by Gateway Qualifications.
Registrations that have already been invoiced are non-refundable. Any credit for registrations made in error will be made at the discretion of Gateway Qualifications.
